Bulelani Tembe

CEO

Bulelani Tembe is a passionate entrepreneur that has first-hand experience from growing an idea and concept into a multimillion rand business. He has worked with numerous businesses across various industries and was nominated as the entrepreneur of the year by NYDA.
Bulelani often speaks at business motivational and inspirational events, where he tells his story of how he got to where he is now.
He has a vested interest in seeing his fellow local businesses reach the big leagues.

Meladi

Meladi Mampane

COO

Meladi has over 14 years working experience prior to co-founding Maletchaba Human Capital and several other businesses. She manages the company operations, specialising in recruitment and selection, performance management and reward, employment equity and skills development. She also manages the B-BBEE services provided by the company.

Her experience includes B-BBEE and Transformation management consulting, executing strategic empowerment deals whilst working for a B-BBEE investment holding company, financial management, marketing and corporate governance. She is currently studying towards an LLB to further enhance her service offering to clients.

She was previously a director on the boards of Altech UEC, Dorper Wind Farm and Toproot Property Company.

Qualifications: BCOM (Honours) Strategic Management (University of South Africa); and Management Development Program (University of Stellenbosch)

Ignatius

Ignatius Maphanga

CFO

Ignatius has over 20 years of total work experience, where he worked for SAB Bara Depot, Medscheme Holdings (Pty) Ltd, NBC Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Ignatius has extensive experience in the medical aid, Bookkeeping & Accounting, sales and promotions and employee benefits which he gained as an Accountant and a Sales Assistant, whilst employed by Medscheme (Pty) Ltd, South African Breweries, Bavukile Business Administration CC and NBC (Pty) Ltd. Whilst employed by NBC (Pty) Ltd he was managing an investment portfolio that amounted to R1 Billion.

 As a consultant and an entrepreneur Ignatius has assisted small, micro and medium enterprise to grow and manage their business and to make informed decisions.  Businesses that have benefited are Sebata Group (Pty) Ltd, Deltron Consulting (Pty) Ltd, Isivuvu Technical Solutions (Pty) Ltd, Antoine General Trading CC, National Youth Development Agency, Services SETA etc.

 

Qualifications: BCOM, member of Southern African Institute for Business Accountants and The SA Institute of Tax Professionals
